on January 27, 2010 at 3:54 pm5 a day is not that heavy. 20 a day is heavy and typical of most smokers. I wouldn’t worry too much about 5 a day although, whilst there is no need to permanantly quit something you enjoy in moderation, anywhere from 1 – 3 a day is probably the most enjoyable way.

Smoking a lot like 5 cigs a day.
I just found out that my lungs were not feeling very fresh and started to quit.
Its hard quitting but that doesn`t mean you can`t do it.
Kids…smoking may be cool in your days.But it won`t when you have matured.

FYI 450,000 deaths in US alone due to smoking.
In the old days cigs weren’t so bad. Now it’s all chemicals and bs.
