If you drink lots of orange juice your sugar tooth will be appeased and you won’t get those massive cravings for unhealthy food.
3) Drink lots of fluids. The fluids will help flush the body of the horrible containments that tobacco has left over the years. Water is a wonderful substance that can help the body heal. Drink lots more than usual.
4) Speak to some friends who have quit smoking and get their advice. Their support and tips will be invaluable to you when you stop smoking. They will provide you strength, support and discipline and they can also watch out on your behalf if you’re considering at any time to break and smoke again.
5) Write down a list of reasons why you’re quitting smoking and then put it on the back of a small business card that you can keep in your wallet. By doing so you can read these reasons at a later date, this will help prevent a relapse whilst also helping you remained focused in on the benefits that come with being a non smoker.
