    Snus seems to be …
Snus seems to be the way forward for those of us totally hooked on cigarettes.
I am quite content on it(proper snus from Sweden)I have not found any reports that consider it to be anywhere near as dangerous as smoking.
Don’t confuse this with dry snuff or lethal chewing tobacco and see what you all think.

I’ll take a cigarette and a good old lying tobacco company any day over this poison and these slimy pharmaceutical salesmen.

Give us back our right to smoke and butt the out of our personal affairs. And stop pretending you’re “helping” people. You’re a bunch of cynical snake-oil creeps.

PART2: The chewing makes my body think I’m eating something then i want a cigarette not long after, i’ve been smoking since i was 13 and now i’m 31, i’m mentally addicted to it as much as i’m physically addicted to it, i just lit up and i didnt even need one cause i just put one out but the mere mention of the word smoking, nicotine, or the word quitting and it triggers me to want one, I got it realllllllyyyyy bad, and amazingly my teeth are white as and i’ve never had them bleached.

    They don’t mention …
They don’t mention electronic cigarettes that deliver a nicotine hit that’s much closer to the real thing than anything else. I used one to quit 80 days ago and it’s the only thing that’s ever worked for me. I haven’t had any cigarettes since. It’s true that they’re not fully evaluated for safety yet, but they’ve got to be safer than tobacco because all the carcinogens have been removed. My lungs feel a lot better than they used to.

u know what? just by how he explains how to use the nicotine gum, it makes me think that the nicotine gum is just a distraction from smoking…after doing the routine of holding it in ur cheek and circulating and then chewing, it is like the time it takes to smoke a cig….so oh ok, now i am understanding as i type..it’s a nicotine substitute..ok, now I feel dumb and have wasted finger energy! I am really trying to quit.
