Quit Smoking for Good by Tapping
Categorized: ways to stop smoking | No comments
EFT is a discipline for altering energy flows in the body, similar to accupuncture. The difference is that instead of stimulating the energy points with a needle you tap them. I’ve heard of EFT applied to self-image things or to re-align your thinking, but I haven’t seen it used for quitting smoking.
A brief demonstration how to use EFT to help you help yourself to stop smoking by Nigel Hetherington. Many people really do want to quit smoking. Not just because of health reasons but because they want to live longer and be free of the ‘legal class A drug’ nicotine. Follow along with this very simple and easy to follow demonstration to see how you can eliminate the cravings without a therapist and do it by yourself. This seemingly very odd process is very easy to learn and above all works extremely well to change old habits and moods. So try this before seeing any therapist to see if you can quit for good on your own.
